I made this for my best friend Danielle's baby girl Mariella!!!
All you need is:
1. a onesie
2. needle & thread
3. tons of 1 inch squares of fabric
5. Pinch the squares in half sew through them and then sew onto the garment
6. Add the ruffles to the shoulders and the butt
This project makes a really great unique baby shower gift!
