Heart Tights

Here is a quick and easy DIY... all you need are some tights, paint and your stamp. I purchased these little tights at the dollar store, they would be a great gift for a little girl, or you can even get adult tights and make them for a friend. 

 This is the piece that is placed inside the tights, I cut it in half and put it in between the tights so the paint wouldn't bleed.

 cut your shape out I use craft foam board you can find this at any craft store and even wal-mart

 I added a little heart on the back!

 after I stamped it i painted over the shape to make it solid
